Our team will perform 8 monthly property checks from October to May, with a comprehensive 20-point interior/exterior checklist to ensure your property is safe and secure with no existing or future problems. Checklists, photos, and a list of any potential issues are sent directly to you each month. Nervous about your home after a major storm? No problem–simply request an extra visit, and we will take care of the rest.
Summer is for enjoying your beach house. Get your renovations done in the winter, and let us take care of it. Choose from our list of preferred, trusted local vendors–or we will work with one of yours, and we will be their main point of contact. We will allow them access to your home, evaluate the work, send photos of completed projects, and lock up for you when they leave. We will hold them to the same standard that you would if you were present and help you to resolve any issues along the way.

Through this website/app, owners can gain access to property check updates, request assistance, pay bills, and receive update notifications directly from our team.
Upon initial sign up, our home inspection team will do a thorough property inspection to determine any maintenance suggestions, make key copies/alarm code information, and take note of any particular wishes/instructions from the owner for maintenance/inspection purposes in the future.
With the abundance of storms and flooding, owners have the ability to request emergency property checks. Our team will provide a thorough check of the vacant property with photos and details regarding any damage/issues. In the event of any needed repairs/cleanup, our team will provide secure access and photo evidence of all completed work.
We will provide a list of trusted, insured, local vendors for furniture, maintenance, landscaping, security, plumbing, electrical, and more. All vendor information can be accessed directly through the owner portal, and our team can be made available to schedule access for a quote or any work that needs to be done.
Each season, our owners will be delivered a start-of-season Gift Bag, including 4 seasonal beach badges to provide their tenants for beach access.
Our team will hire a professional, highly reviewed real estate photographer to photograph the owners home. The owner will have access to all of these photos via the Owner Portal and can use them to help rent their home faster and for higher rates.
Upon sign up, our team will send you a questionnaire with details about the property. Our team will then design, print, and provide a copy of their own personalized Rental Book to leave in the home for vacationers. The book will contain pertinent information about household items, check-in/out rules, and local recommendations.
We will facilitate the listing of your rental property with a top local agency at a discounted rate.
Our team will schedule and facilitate on/off water service to winterize the property upon your request.
You will have portal access to a direct contact on our team for your needs 24/7. A team member will be notified of your concern and reach out to you with solutions.
